All associate degree programs (AA, AS, AAT ans AAS) and certificate programs over 30 credit hours are eligible.*Attendance in Summer sessions is optional. There is no limit on credit hours to attend a Summer session.Enroll in at least 9 semester credit hours for each Fall and Spring semesters by the Official Enrollment date.Start classes for an eligible program the Fall semester after high school. After filling out the FAFSA, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access an online copy of your SAR. Please check your Student Aid Report (SAR) to view your EFC. It is a number determined by a federal formula that schools use to calculate how much financial aid you are eligible to receive. Your EFC is not the amount of money you or your family will have to pay for college, nor is it the amount of federal student aid you will receive.Have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of less than $10,000.Complete all requested forms and documents for financial aid.Undocumented students who are eligible for state financial aid funds should submit a Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA) – not the FAFSA.
